THE PROBLEM

Our client faced significant challenges due to the lack of an order management system. The manual method of managing sales and product-related data caused significant delays in confirming product availability, challenges with inventory tracking, an imbalance in the inventory, delays in shipping and delivery, and general operational inefficiencies. Lack of accountability in the management of inventory, online orders, and financial transactions resulted in longer response times, lower customer satisfaction, and the inability to keep up with the documentation work necessary for sales data and fulfillment procedures. The client also encountered difficulties in controlling and monitoring employees. The client reached out to us for building an OMS to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency in order to get around these challenges.

WHAT IMPACT WE WANTED TO MAKE

As a mobile app development company, our aim was to create scalable and fully functional order management software applications to automate the order fulfillment process and increase the sales of our client’s companies. We wanted to create an app to simplify the online order process, speed up online delivery, boost overall operational effectiveness, and boost sales.

  • Ideation

    We identified the order management system’s business needs and objectives and conducted market

  • Designing

    We used the requirements document to create a system architecture and user interface design. We

  • Development
