Lack of accountability in the management of inventory, online orders, and financial transactions resulted in longer response times, lower customer satisfaction, and the inability to keep up with the documentation work necessary for sales data and fulfillment procedures. The client also encountered difficulties in controlling and monitoring employees. The client reached out to us for building an OMS to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency in order to get around these challenges.
As a mobile app development company, our aim was to create scalable and fully functional order management software applications to automate the order fulfillment process and increase the sales of our client’s companies. created an efficient order management program to assist our client in increasing sales by
